The Aurora Stingers 95 Girls Team 2  has concluded their first round of tryouts.  The Coaches were overwhelmed with the number of quality players that have participated in the outdoor sessions, and will have to make some very tough decisions in regards to team selection. 

One tryout session remains for those individuals invited to return, and for new players who have not been able to attend any of the previous sessions.  If you fall into the latter category please e-mail Coach Louis Tonelli: telephone: 905 713-1499 or via e-mail at louis.tonelli@sympatico.ca prior to attending the tryout. 

Sunday, October 18th - 5:00-7:30 pm Sheppard’s Bush Turf Field 

The team has confirmed its entry into the Aurora Indoor Soccer League – one of the few 11-aside indoor leagues in Ontario – commencing in January.  The team is also considering a trip to England during the March Break in 2010.  Games against Arsenal and West Ham United have already been tentatively confirmed along with a reception at the Canadian Embassy in London.
